Bringing Nature to Your Doorstep. We are dedicated to delivering our earth-born products to your sanctuary efficiently and sustainably. Because our litter is made from dense, high-quality plant materials, our packages are heavy. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
1. Order Processing Time

The Ritual of Preparation: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask for your patience as we prepare your package with care.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has officially left our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
For the Contiguous United States:

Orders over $99: FREE Standard Shipping.

Orders under $99: Calculated shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
Note: Due to the heavy nature of our products, we primarily utilize Ground Shipping services (UPS/FedEx) to keep costs sustainable for both you and the planet.
3. Shipping Destinations

Service Area: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, & Territories: At this time, we are unable to offer standard shipping to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories due to prohibitive carrier costs for heavy goods. We are working on a solution.

P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical street address. Most heavy shipments are delivered via carriers (UPS/FedEx) that cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Ground: 3–7 business days, depending on your distance from our fulfillment center in California.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume, which are out of our control.
5. Heavy Package Safety

Handle with Care: Your box will be heavy. For your safety, please lift with your knees or ask for assistance when bringing the package inside. Your health is important for us.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Meowment is not liable for packages stated as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. However, we want to help.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it:

Check with neighbors or your building manager.

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered prematurely).

If still missing, please contact us at papawpetcare@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
